The Lark Bloomer trousers

Meet Lark, the sister trouser to our Wren blouse.

A relaxed cotton trouser with a little nod to traditional bloomers, designed to be as easy to wear at home as it is out and about. Think of them as your everyday alternative to jeans: comfortable, pull-on and just a little bit different.

Made in the UK from 100% deadstock cotton, Lark has an elasticated drawstring waist, back patch pockets and a relaxed leg finished with an elasticated cuff and soft little bloomer frill.

The tie detail at the ankle is decorative rather than functional. After testing an adjustable version, we switched to a fixed elasticated cuff so there’s nothing coming undone around your ankles as you walk. Same lovely detail, much easier to wear.

Made using deadstock cotton, so quantities are limited and once each fabric is gone, it’s gone.

FIT & SIZING

True to size with a relaxed leg, but without being too voluminous.

We recommend taking your usual size for the intended fit. If you are curvier through the hips, between sizes, or simply prefer a looser, more slouchy feel, we suggest going up one size.

LENGTH

UK 8: 27” inside leg. Please note that our UK 8 has a shorter leg and is particularly suited to petite customers or anyone wanting a more cropped fit.

The elasticated ankle also means the trouser can be worn slightly higher or lower depending on how you like them to sit
