Shipping policy

We aim to process and post your order within 1-3 working days. We only send out items Monday - Friday.

If your item is a pre-order it will be sent as soon as it arrives, if there is a pre order item as part of the order the whole order will be held until the item is in stock unless specifically split shipping is requested but this may incur additional shipping costs to you. Note pre-order timings are estimates only and delivery met be earlier or later than estimated.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

UK Orders via Royal Mail take 3-4 working days.

Europe orders via Royal Mail 3-5 working days.

Rest of the World 7-15 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY:

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges and local taxes payable on international orders that are not collected at checkout. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase..

Please note our economy worldwide option does not include tracking. It takes 6-10 working days to arrive to the States from date of dispatch. 

Please note we currently use Royal Mail for international shipping - if you would prefer us to ship via DHL or a different carrier we can do please add in notes at checkout. Please note there may be an additional charge for this.
