The Isla vest is a softly structured lambswool knit designed for effortless layering throughout the seasons.
Knitted from our specially dyed slubby lambswool yarn, it has a beautifully tactile texture with natural variation throughout the knit. The silhouette is relaxed but considered, with a slightly dropped armhole and subtle side vents so it layers easily over shirts, dresses or simple tees.
The length sits neatly just below the waistband, making it easy to wear with denim, tailoring or skirts depending on the season.
Available in two limited colourways: a soft neutral fawn marl, and a brighter multi-stripe version.
Made to order in Scotland
Each Isla vest is knitted specially for you on the west coast of Scotland using our limited-run lambswool yarn.
In keeping with our zero-waste philosophy, we produce only what is ordered rather than creating excess stock.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for your vest to be knitted and finished.
Styling notes
Designed as a true layering piece, the Isla vest works beautifully worn over crisp cotton shirts, simple t-shirts or lightweight dresses.
The relaxed armhole allows comfortable layering without bulk, while the length keeps proportions balanced when worn with higher-waisted denim or skirts.
For warmer days, it can also be worn alone as a sleeveless knit.

Why it matters
Our knitwear is produced in small batches using traditional Scottish manufacturing.
By making each piece to order, we avoid producing excess stock and ensure that every garment has a purpose from the moment it is made.
The result is knitwear designed to be worn for years, not seasons.
