Velma is a knitted waistcoat from the 70s in a lovely rust flecked yarn. The pointelle knit is beautifully constructed and is off set with a deep rib.

Works on size 14 - 6 depending on your fit preference, shot on UK size 10. Measures inches armpit to armpit, length 21.5 inches. Excellent condition, expected signs of wear considering age but nothing notable.
Hand wash in cool water with wool detergent and dry flat to keep shape.
